Rider Updates

Every year in Wisconsin we have to sit and wait to ride at most of the local tracks because of the inevitable wet spring months. Well in nine days, about 5 miles out of the town of Denmark, the District 16 points season gets underway. Not only is the track close to Denmark, but it is actually about 6 miles from my house, so as you could imagine I'm chomping at the bit to lay some laps down at my local track.In the almost 30 years Sports and Comp. has been putting on races they have never held the opener and now that's all about to change. The club members have been out at the track almost every night trying to get it ready. They have completely revamped fifty-percent of the track and have even added a new section that should create some more passing options, but just like the track, this will be the first race this spring for many riders...which is something different altogether.I'll be back after the race to let you in on the action, but until the gate drops please ponder this... instead of voicing your opinions on message boards, how about voicing them to the people who can make a difference.-JT
