Personal History
Hi. Thanks for reading my profile. I am 43 years old. I am married with 4 kids ranging in age from 22 down to 8. I work as a Firefighter/Paramedic. I live in Lake Elsinore, Ca. and am lucky enough to be able to ride straight out of my driveway. I hang a left, and have access to single track, trails, and private tracks. I also enjoy riding at Perris, Milestone, Cahuilla, and Pala. Cahuilla is my favorite track. I started riding at 34, and feel that I am still progressing on the bike. My 11 yr old son and I enjoy riding and racing together. He won the WORCS title in his divsion last year, and he is close to becoming faster than I am. It will be bittersweet. I am holding him off for now. haha.
I have owned and managed more than one Motocross team as well as racing. One was in 2007 for Supercross. The team was named Empire Race Team/Proride.com with kevin Rookstool as our rider for West Coast Lites. I also managed Three Brothers Costa mesa KTM Race Team in 2005-2006. I have come to the conclusion that racing is more fun than managing, and so my son and I have been racing WORCS, and some local events.
Riding Goals
In 2009, I finished 3rd overall in Open Nov. and in 40+ Nov. In 2010, I hope to do better than that in the Intermediate division of WORCS. It comes down to time on the bike, and fitness, combined with proper bike set up for the different tracks. I ride about 3-4 times per week. I enjoy riding quite a bit, and it doesn't feel like work to me when I practice. My main goal is to continue to learn on the bike, and to improve. If I do that, it will show in my WORCS results.

2007 Triple Crown Vet Champion
2009 WORCS Week AMA Champion Open Nov. This was an 8 day event that combined racing from 4 different disciplines. Included were Hare Scramble, Motocross, Endurocross, and a Grand Prix race.
